Reliance Outing Yogya 2012

On 17May 2011 Reliance Group held a joint event (Outing) on the DI Yogyakarta. In the Committee of Reliance Group Outing took the theme "Run 2 Win" followed by approximately 350 employees of Reliance.

Given such outing in which there are some games are intentionally designed with the concepts of interaction between participants through the activities together.
Also believed the above can provide a conducive atmosphere to form attitudes, ways of thinking and a creative and positive perceptions of each participant in order to establish a sense of togetherness, openness, tolerance and a deep sensitivity, which in hopes will be able to give the spirit, initiative, and the pattern of empowerment new in Reliance.

The participants in these training activities provided with the knowledge and strategies that are especially useful in terms of:

 

  • Means of strengthening and consolidation of Team Work
  • Improve the initiative in solving problems
  • Prepare participants to apply the principles of group cooperation and a new culture (Encounter culture) in each organizational unit
  • Increase the achievement of work values ??and foster a winning mentality in the work and cooperate
  • Facilities and refreshing insight into the development of nature
  • Improve problem solving skills sharing within the team (problem solving)
  • The creation of effective communication
  • Commitment to team goals with enthusiasm, exchange information and experiences

 
Reliance Capital - One Roof

Reliance Capital, One Stop Financial Solution in One Roof.

On October 7, 2011 PT Reliance Capital Management (“Reliance Capital”) officially opened its new office in Jl. Pluit Sakti 27 AB. The ribbon cutting ceremony by Chairman and CEO Reliance Capital Anton Budidjaja marked  the opening of the 28th office of Reliance Securities as well as the 5th office of Asuransi Reliance. Office with its new design is aimed for Reliance to provide better service and to get Reliance closer to its clients. The building is also  equipped with a multifunction room for investor gatherings to promote the capital market. Also available is the safe deposit box for public use.

Reliance Capital as holding Company has several business units, among others PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia (general and health insurance) and PT Reliance Securities Tbk. Reliance Capital is continuously developing other business units in financial area to support people and market requirement for financial services. Presently Reliance Capital is underway to establish new business units in multifinance, life insurance and banking. Those new business units are expected to operate soon early next year.       

With its newly-designed building and new concept of “One Stop Financial Solution in One Roof”, it is expected that all present and future financial business units under Reliance Capital can synergize themselves and do cross selling; and therefore, presenting a comprehensive financial solution to all clients, stakeholders and Indonesian people in general

 
Reliance Outing Ayer 2011

On 21 May 2011 Reliance Group held a joint event (Outing) on the island of Ayer. In the Committee of Reliance Group Outing took the theme "Rally on Synergy" followed by approximately 300 employees of Reliance.

Given such outing in which there are some games / games are intentionally designed with the concepts of interaction between participants and with nature through the activities together.
Also believed the above can provide a conducive atmosphere to form attitudes, ways of thinking and a creative and positive perceptions of each participant in order to establish a sense of togetherness, openness, tolerance and a deep sensitivity, which in hopes will be able to give the spirit, initiative, and the pattern of empowerment new in Reliance.

Reliance Outing Lido 2010

On June 22, 2010 Reliance Group held a joint event of Outing at Lido. In the Committee of Reliance Group Outing took the theme "Smart, Fast & Reliable" followed by all employees of Reliance Group from various regions in Indonesia.

Human resources in every organization, in principle, requires activity that has the benefit of "stress-release" and also be "fun and refresh" on the sidelines of a routine task activity. Activity is required not only to relieve tension or boredom, but also needed to maintain or restore performance optimization of human resources within the organization. Outing this year's program was held not only provide solutions to those needs but also provide more value to participants by entering the values ??of learning (education) in aktifiitas are packaged in the form of Outing.

Recreational activity or outing that will be more beneficial to Reliance and have the results when done in the form of an event that contains the value of learning.

Based on such consideration, the Committee tried to show an event in the form of field activities and combine it with the event contains the game as a means of refreshing from the routine daily activities and to better understand the meaning of tasks and roles within the company.

Materials and activities provided all contain managerial benefits that will be obtained experiences that are useful in daily work such as:

  • Optimizing the participation of employees in all event activities
  • The formation of cooperative inter-personal, inter-functional and inter-layers within the company
